GIFT CERTIFICATES:
We send gift certificates in our special gift box.

GIFT WRAPPING:
We are happy to giftwrap your purchase at no additional charge. Please request when ordering.

MERCHANDISE AVAILABILITY:
We hope you will understand that with all the efforts we make to have items in stock, occasionally there is unanticipated demand that exhausts our supply. Should a delay occur, we will notify you. The shipping charge covers the delivery of back-orders, and your credit card will not be charged until the items are ready to ship. We are confident you will find your selection worth the wait.

PERSONAL SHOPPING:
Our personal shoppers are pleased to assist you in making the best choices for gifts or items for yourself.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:
We hope you will love your selection. If for any reason you wish to send it back, we accept returns within 30 days of receipt of the package. The merchandise amount of your original purchase will be refunded to you, excluding any shipping charges. A gift can be returned for exchange only.

Personalized items are not returnable, so we ask that you take special care when giving instructions for engraving or embossing. Return the product to the address below via UPS or Parcel Post (please keep your receipt should you need to track your package). Remember to insure it for full value. We regret that shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable. Shipping and handling charges will be applied to all exchange orders. If a product is damaged or defective, its replacement will be shipped free of charge.
